Very easy to talk with about my issues. Bryan was able to explain everything in terms I understood. When he left I felt confident that all issues would be taken care of. We discussed what needed to be done and what the warranty covered. I am very pleased and look forward to working with Michael& Son. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable and repaired my pump with ease. He was able to explain what needed to be done in terms I understood and answered all my questions. Micheal and Son has helped me with electrical issues also. They are great!!

Jared was awesome! The part was in stock, they offered to come the same day but I had prior engagements. I got my AC fixed within 2 days of the call. He was professional, friendly, and gave me all necessary info before the service. Would HIGHLY recommend Michael & Son!

Chris Lewis did a great job of addressing our leaking bathroom sink and malfunctioning shower head on an emergency basis. He was calm, pleasant, very competent, and patient in explaining a repair process that was a bit more involved than I expected. He also discussed an available service plan membership and I opted in, given the number of times his company has visited my home. Highly satisfied!
